Technical Specifications

Reverse Density Rod Everyone knows water gets less dense as it gets warmer. Then why does this rod sink in cold yet float in less dense hot water? The answer lies in the fact that the density of the rod also changes with temperature. The rod becomes much less dense at higher temperatures. It wins the “race” against the heated water and floats, whereas the aluminum rod sinks.Contains: High-density polyethylene plastic rod, 1/2” in diameter, weighted and tested; instructions with theory. Density Rod also shown.

Tender Supply Capabilities — Reverse Density Rod

As an established Indian manufacturer, Science Equipments handles Reverse Density Rod orders from a single item to full ministry-of-education tender supply across 60+ countries. Here’s what we deliver for institutional buyers, dealers and donor-funded projects.

01

MOE Tender Specifications

The Reverse Density Rod is built to meet ministry-of-education tender specifications used across African and Asian markets — including build quality, finish, safety standards and supporting documentation typically demanded in government bid documents.

02

Bulk & OEM Manufacturing

We manufacture the Reverse Density Rod in-house, so high-volume orders, private-label branding, country-specific labelling and custom packaging are all supported — without affecting the unit cost on large-quantity tender bids.

03

Complete Documentation

Every shipment includes country-of-origin certificates, pre-shipment inspection reports, packing lists, commercial invoices and product safety data sheets — the paperwork ministry procurement officers and donor auditors need before disbursement.

04

Sea-Worthy Export Packaging

For overseas tenders, the Reverse Density Rod is packed in heavy-duty corrugated cartons, palletised and shrink-wrapped for sea freight — protecting fragile components through long-haul transit to African ports, Middle-East destinations and beyond.

05

Flexible Shipping Terms

We work on CIF, FOB and DDP terms to suit your tender requirements — whether the procurement document asks for delivered-port pricing, customs-cleared delivery to the institution, or simple ex-works supply for your freight forwarder.

06

Donor & NGO Compliance

The Reverse Density Rod has been supplied through World Bank, UNICEF, UNESCO and African Development Bank-funded school improvement projects — meeting reporting and procurement standards trusted by major donor agencies.

Why Schools & Institutions Choose This Reverse Density Rod

Procurement officers, school principals and lab teachers across Africa, Asia and the Middle East source the Reverse Density Rod from Science Equipments for these practical reasons.

Built for Real Classroom Use

This isn’t a showpiece — it’s designed for daily handling by students. Reinforced construction, premium materials and tested safety mean the Reverse Density Rod survives a full school year of practical lab sessions without the usual breakage and replacement headaches.

Direct-Factory Pricing for Tenders

Because we manufacture in-house, your tender quote reflects true factory cost — not reseller markups. Schools and ministries operating on tight procurement budgets get international-quality lab equipment at pricing that wins bids without cutting corners.

Aligned with Standard Syllabi

The Reverse Density Rod matches curriculum requirements across international school boards, ministry of education syllabi and donor-funded education projects — so teachers can run the experiments their syllabus actually demands, not improvised substitutes.

Responsive Export Support

Quotations within 24–48 hours, sample availability for tender qualification, multilingual documentation and a dedicated point of contact through delivery — from initial enquiry to on-site installation, your project gets attention at every stage.
